Kate Crow is a CBT Therapist with a background in psychology, sociology, and research into body image and eating behaviours.
She holds a degree in Psychology and Sociology, as well as a Master’s in Research (MRes) where her work explored the impact of the thin ideal and social media on body image in teenage girls.
Her work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience, and she is passionate about supporting people who struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, and food-related shame.
Through her writing and therapeutic work, she aims to challenge shame-based narratives around food and body image and to promote sustainable, compassionate approaches to recovery.
